Process
STUDY OF THE EXISTING
The analysis phase of existing is an essential and complex phase. It must lead to general specifications which describe the data handled and tasks to be done.
SYSTEM DESIGN
The design of an information system is particularly complex: it involves the whole organization and strategy to be adopted. The design phase requires precise and solid specifications on which to rely. Modeling consists of creating a virtual presentation model.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Once the specifications are validated, the development of the project begins: creation of the design / graphic integration & coding. These are the phases that allow the construction of softwares.
TESTS & VALIDATION
Before final delivery of the project, two last essential steps remain: beta-testing & deployment. These involve the participation of the stakeholders, these critical final phases are essential in order to respect 100% the vision and the expectation of the final customer.
